F10 528 xDrive Oil pan

Hi all, does anyone know or have experience dropping the oil pan on an F10 N20 xDrive? Recently did my valve cover and while my chain was really tight, I noticed part of the center guide was broken. More specifically the part that connects the center to the right guide. I tripped a low oil pressure light at high rpm high load and i'm thinking its because of pieces of the guide slightly blocking the pickup tube.

Now I'm preparing to do the whole timing chain assembly, but am wondering if I would be able to remove the oil pan without fully dropping the entire subframe
