China 520Li lowkey maxpower upgrade help need

I recently got a 520Li (2013 June model, China), details as follow:
Model: BMW7201KL(BMW520Li)
Engine Model: N20B20D

The goal is to upgrade the "car" without drawing too much attention ...

I want to install BMS Stage 2 but a bit puzzled what parts I actually need:

N20 JB4 x 1

1. But which model, Pneumatic or Electronic Wastegate?
2. Do I need the BMS DATA cable Combo?
3. Do I need the JB4 N20 / N55 Flex Fuel Connector Add On Harness?
4. For my 520Li, I only need to use map5 and can get 260hp, is this correct?
5. I saw some graph with added down pipe, if I install a high flow down pipe (~300 cells, not catless), how much hp will it add (just a rough guess)?
6. If I add a down pipe to the 520Li, do I still use map 5, or I need to use other maps?
7. How much louder the sound will become with the high flow downpipe? (I don't want any more noise, I just want the power)

China Ministry of State Security (MSS) will kick your ass for any non-approved changes. Unless you are one of them keep your car as low profile as possible. If you are one of them is different situation. Let us know about your real status.
