Purchasing Extended Warranty from BMW...any suggestion

I am about to buy 2011 528i that has 35k miles on it. It is sad that I have to worry about the car that I did not even buy yet reading all the stories here (pulling to teh right, not accelerating)

Original warranty will expire in 1/1/2015. How much would Platiunum Extended Warranty Cost and how much can you buy it (years, miles)?

You can search the internet, but by far the best pricing will come from

PLATINUM
7/100 msrp is $4760.00, I will sell for $4110.00
6/100 msrp is $4210.00, I will sell for $3560.00
