Alarm going off

I always had this problem with my alarm going off for no reason, up to now maybe once a week, but today it got totally crazy. Now it goes on while driving

I will deliver it to my dealer, talked to him, he had never heard about the problem before. I was going out now to disconnect the battery ( looks like a problem now at midnight, to get this plastic thing off in an easy way protecting the negative pole)

Now it stopped after 30 minutes, but my neighbours are not happy about this I guess.

Anyone else with the same issue??

nope. also got F11 touring. alarm never gone off even once. sounds like you've definitely got a defective part(s) somewhere in there. should be a simple fix i hope.

I hope so too. Now Im leaving the car unlocked until its fixed.

The alarm is draining the battery too. Everytime it has gone of during the night I get the "low battery" wlcome when i start the car.

Did you try pressing the lock button twice to switch off the internal sensors ? Just to see if it made any difference

Yes, tried that when stuck in trafficjam yesterday with ongoing alarm too.

Never got so much attention from other motorist before :-)

Are you pushing the panic button on the remote (key FOB) by accident?

Keep the Key FOB out of your pocket. (even hanging on my beltloop, I have set of the panic feature a couple of times by accident albeit not when driving).

Bet the panic feature will work when driving too. My guess is that is what is going on here.

Ok, thats what that button is for. Thank you! The whole car is giving me panic now because of this. Im not looking forward to drive home from work now, just waiting to hell starts all over again :-(

The key was on the seat, so I dont think I accidently engaged it , and the alarm goes off all the time when parked too, so I just think its broken in some way. But its very irritating this thing.
