N63 squeaking noise from engine

Hi,

I have a 2011 550xi 115K on it. Out of nowhere, I have a squeaking noise coming from the engine compartment. I THINK it's pass side towards the back of the engine. Could this be the vacuum pump failing?

I should also note that this pump has already been replaced twice by the dealer.. I've also been battling with the dealer over a burning oil smell that seems to elude them.... Is there any way to SEE if this pump is leaking oil?

Apparently, there's a hose on the pump that, once it cracks, it makes the squeaking noise.
