MyInfo Google Maps

For me is not working. I opened a ticket with BMW Assist a couple of days ago, but still not working. When I try to send the link, I get this message from Google maps: "Sorry, we were unable to send this message at this time. Please visit the help page." . I want to know if it's a problem only for my account or it's a general one.

Hi - Worked for me yesterday in the UK. Which country are you in?

Are you using the Send to Car and then BMW and entering your Assist user name?

I'm in Canada. And yes, I typed the BMW Assist user name correctly. Even the BMW Assist operator tried and it didn't worked.
