Is there any way of getting cornering lights on the LCI xenon units? And/or adding fogs to behave as cornering lights?

LCIs with xenon headlights come with cornering lights as standard. They only activate when the headlight switch is in auto and either the wheels are turned, the turn signal is activated or car is put in reverse.

Philips diamond vision H7 bulb in 5k > Sylvania zxe. Take my word for it, I have the scrapes all over my hands to prove it.

I installed the zxe bulbs and while they were an upgrade over stock I wasn’t satisfied with the look. I realized I had the philips diamond vision bulbs already installed as the high beam bulbs in my winter vehicle (2006 Volvo XC90) so knowing that there hasn’t been much use with those bulbs as they were installed about a year ago and I can count how many times I’ve used the high beams on one hand... I decided to swap them out with the zxe’s and believe me when I tell you they are much better and much closer in matching the halos & xenon bulbs. Just take my word for it so you don’t have to go through the trial and error like I did! You’re welcome in advance!

It would always just irk me that whenever I would corner or put the car in reverse that the halogen yellow bulb would light up and not match the halos or xenons right next to it. I personally don’t mind the contrast between headlights and fog lights but for bulbs not matching right next to each other just bothered me but now that problem is solved.

I am going to look into those Philips bulbs. From my past experience, bulb matching (hue and temp) was always difficult. Thanks for sharing the info.

I have the Philips Diamond Vision bulbs right now but they are not bright at all. Will be going back to high power LEDs soon as I have sourced the 6Ohm resistors to mitigate the dash warning.

Edit: I had installed 12000 Lument LEDs in there that I liked a lot but they threw repeated warning in the Dash.
