Need tips for 20s step lip wheels

I found Work Wheels, Gnosis cv201 with fitment 9x20 and 10.5x20. I want a wider lip for both maybe 9.5x20 and 11.0/11.5 x 20. Will this fit my f10 535i xdrive??

Anybody else who has good tips for step lip wheels? Adv.1 is to expensive 😨.

My car will be moderate low with only springs.

Very very nice!! I also saw a post with Niche Competition wheels. I like the design even more. Does somebody now the price?
