If it's on the inside, it may very well be from your alignment, although the tread around the area seems to not have much irregular wear. Are there markings on the inner fender well that would indicate any rubbing?

Unfortunately I didn't look. My tire shop switched out the wheels to stock so I could turn the car in and I didn't notice the wear until I saw the old wheels in my warehouse. Too late. They said it wasn't rubbing but I don't have a lot of confidence in what they saw.

Lots of room on the inside of the rear wheels, so nothing to rub against.
