N63 spark plug gap

I believe the stock plug gaps on F10 N63 550is are .032, What is the best spark plug gap to run if running the JB stage 1? and gap for the JB4?

I ran stock plugs and gap up to 20psi and 30% E85 with no issues for thousands of miles. IMO you shouldn't need to change the stock gap unless you are doing something crazy.

Now, I an running the 2 step colder N20 plugs gapped to .020" with water methanol injection to help prevent blowout. Not sure if it has helped at all though TBH.

Not sure if it makes a difference on motors but I'm tapped down to .22. All is well minus mpg, say good bye to mpg when you tap down.

I am stock with performance coils, Ngk 2 step plugs, arm intake, arm catless downpipes and am planning to install jbm1.

Should I gap down? What's the benefit of reducing the gap?

I reduced my gaps to .026 today. Seems like it runs better, but I have only done a test drive.
