How do you know this^^?

I wonder if the spring rates are different between ACS and EIbach if that's the case.

Also, do the ACS springs stand out from how the stock springs look? Last thing i want is the dealer to spot them out denying warranty on stuff.

ACS source their springs from Eibach (who manufacture springs). This doesn't mean Eibach Sport = ACS Springs. Testing and engineering are still done by ACS. Suspension Technique (ST) is another large company that manufacture springs, which can be found in KW and other suspensions. This doesn't mean ST Coilovers = KW Coilovers, different material/spring rate/technology/quality.

Where can you purchase ACS springs? I have been looking and it's been easier finding a needle in a haystack.

Its intersesting that Eibach doesnt have a spring available for the F10 yet? I talked to them recently and they are in development?

The 550i is being developed. They do have them for the 528i/535i.

I just got a new 2012 535i last week and dislike the gap in the fender and the body roll.
Looking at the H&R springs vs the ACS Springs as far as drop is concerned.

After a lot of research I came to the conclusion that I would go with the H&R because the drop is lower and I'd like a stiffer ride being I do not have a sport package.

The H&R lowers the car by 1.4" front and 1.3" rear while the ACS lowers the car 25mm in inches that converts to 0.984 which is less then an inch.
For me thats not enough.

one more thing. 550 is different from 535.
For some reason (maybe the weight), 550 drops a lot lower than 535.
As you can see most of the people comment on this thread have 550.

I have a 2012 M Sport 535 and put on H&R springs 2 weeks ago... The drop is just like the pics of the 550's I've seen. I can post a pic if you like.... The ride is nice, though I do have the adaptive suspension which I am sure helps since I can still adjust it through the I-drive....
