Tire and wheel question before purchase...

Hello, I have a question before making my purchase of wheels and tires for my 2011 F10. I'm looking at some 20" wheels and by the information I've gathered from this forum I've decided to go with tires 285/30/20 Rears 255/35/20 Front.

What has me confused is that the wheels they're recommending are 20*9 front and back... Are the wheels suppose to be the same size all they way around or am I'm only supposed to be concerned with the size of the tires? Or are the back wheels suppose to be 20*10 or something? I just don't want to make a mistake and realize it after the purchase.

Thanks in advance...

With 285/30/20 rear tires, the rear wheels should be wider than the front, 10" or 10.5" wide.

If the tires are staggered, the rims should also be.
