Automatic climate control
Wondering, when I have my climate control set on auto, the car is suppose to adjust the temperature to the correct setting...which I assume means that if I dial it down to 60 degrees (the lowest setting), the AC should come on automatically...? This isn't happening for me and I have to manually push the AC button. am I doing something wrong or am I assuming incorrectly. I also apologize in advance to those of you in the Mid-West and Northeast....I'm sure 60 degrees probably sounds like a heat wave about now!

I don't think so - you set the target temperature, and the car attempts to either reach it with (fast, uneconomical, power draining) the air con unit on, or without (slow, but economical with no power drain) the air con unit running, depending on whether or not you select it. That's how every one of my cars, including my GT, have worked
Leave it on all the time is my advice! |
