S534A Retrofit/ Esys coding

Hi all,

I'm in the process of retrofitting S534a, climate with extended features, to my F10 and have a couple of questions.

I've fitted the control panel and coded IHKA for the change, mostly working now only have a couple of issues with missing servo motors for the air distribution unit that I've not fitted yet, I've got a new air distribution box to go in soon which will fit those. Also missing the AUC sensor but that will go in next week.

The problem I have is the AC compressor is not kicking in and I'm getting a code for missing DDE/DME release for the compressor. I believe the solution is to code the DME for S534a however I'm concerned that this may effect the remap I have on the car. Can anyone help with this? My initial thoughts are I should be ok to do this as its not a complete flash the DDE just a coding change.

Secondly, when making a VO change in E sys, after you've wrote the FA and FP how do which ECU's to code? In the past I've followed guides for different retrofits but when trying something new I'm never sure which ECU's to code, or is the safest option to code everything minus the DME/DDE for those with a remap?

Thanks!
