static noise with 6FL USB audio
I noticed today morning that there was static noise when I played it loud. Must've not noticed it before, because I heard it by chance on a quiet piano track I was playing today. It wasn't white noise, since I could hear the static intermittently, not a constant buzz. Anyone else heard of this problem? I was using 64GB USB stick btw.

yup, my car has this issue too. 2011 520d. the noise isn't from the song files. random little static pops, like a speaker's going bad? wonder what's going on.

What audio formats are you guys using when hearing the static? I've used 128kbps -256kbps MP3 and 128kbps - 256kbps AAC (iTunes Plus). Haven't heard any issues over USB. If you are using more lossless formats at high data rates, I could believe there might be issues.

weird, static went away when I drove the car again leaving work. My files are usually 320kbps mp3 files, and I know the song itself doesn't have static because I played the file many times on my PC.
