Haha, I'm guilty of the springs or was.

"Why it's a dumb idea for safety reasons"

Ok, so I have just added ACS springs to my 2014 535i MSport with M5 competition front sway bar, 650i rear sway bar, and 12mm/15mm BMS wheel spacers. Does this mean I completed killed my suspension? Thoughts anyone?

Not if you get the shocks. The wheel spacers have a small effect even at 1" spacers. Springs require matching shocks for sure.

I can agree with the sway bar talk. When I raced my Honda Accord in the SCCA I actually went with a smaller front sway bar, larger rear one and coilovers with a stiffer rear spring. The end result was very neutral handling.
Cutting springs is useless and dangerous on anything other than a 70s boulevard cruiser.
I have never used spacers, so I couldn't comment on how they feel. I usually get wheels with an aggressive offset and that settles that.
If you're going to lower the car and get 20" or larger wheels on our cars, I would definitely get the rear camber adjusted during an alignment to be as close to 0 as possible. When my 530 had coilovers rear tires would last me about 10k miles, that gets expensive with 20s. So I went to a shop (dealer will NOT take out camber), and they got the rear camber reduced from -2.0 degrees (BMW spec), to -0.8 degrees. The result? I managed to get 30k miles from the next set of tires

Yup, negative camber correction time. I'm going to west end alignment next now that I have the shocks and springs in.
