Hey guys, production was complete on 6/29, at port on 7/2, and still sitting there on 7/9. No shipping info listed for my car yet according to the 1-800 number. It will be another 9 days at the port if it doesn't catch the ship out tomorrow.

Fingers crossed your vehicle is on the ship tomorrow. Has there been any reports of any F10s making the trip across the pond yet? Or delivered in Europe. If I remember correctly there were others with earlier production dates. Anyone taking an ED anytime soon?

Right there with you brother, mine was finished 7/1 and has been sitting at the port since 7/3. I called my deal and they gave nothing. Frustrating...

I think I saw a couple post that said their call was no the ship. I'll see if I can hunt them down.

This thread will tell you everything you need. Call the 1-800-831-1117 number, request an agent, and ask them what status code your car is listed with. Compare that with the status code description list in the thread below and that will give you a better idea.

They wouldn't give me the vehicle status code, they claim they know nothing more than the automated system. Either way I am still stuck at the port and its not looking good for loading on a ship today (especially since Germany is 8 hours ahead of us)

Yep, when at the port, status code doesn't mean anything. The response was for Chinoxblu20 to follow through his production process. The two of us are hopeless in knowing anything until they update our profiles with shipping info.

Now, here's a little hope...talking to the agent yesterday, he said that the system will take 24 hours to update from port so the cars MIGHT be on the ship and we wouldn't know until late tomorrow. Therefore, don't give up until tomorrow. If no info tomorrow late afternoon, then we sit for another 8 days.

That ship will not stop at the SC port. It's heading to CA. But, at least we know they are shipping to the US at this port to arrive prior to September.

Just found out that it was loaded on the boat yesterday with an arrival date of 7/26. My SA emailed me to let me know with a screen shot of the carrier information. BMWUSA web site still says in production. I called the 1-800 number and automated recording still says it did not have any shipping info at this time but, when I spoke to an agent, they confirmed it was loaded yesterday. Therefore, I'd say the best source to determine if your car made the ship would be your SA.

Congrats to everyone who's vehicles have shipped. Happy maritime tracking! Isn't technology great.... Feeds everyone's OCD tendencies to the max. I can't wait for mine to ship. Does the California Highway port in Halifax?
