535i Individual
With the demise of the 535i Sport Pack cars, besides M sport, are we left to build the 535i Individual in order to get a dark headliner, 19 inch wheels?
Would this individual package be worth it on a 535i considering the resale value is a little better on the I6 verses v8? 5800 is a lot of cash to spend, but at the end of the day, it might be very unique. Even for a 3 year lease. Are there any REAL life pictures of the individual wheels? I think they could compliment the orginal look of the car... |

This is a MAJOR feature on the 2013 5 series and NO ONE has an opinion... very strange that this is the case over here as we love to talk about options. And again, no one cares the non m sport, sport wheel is GONE? Threw a huge wrench in the ordering scheme i think... |

$5800 is a lot of change, but you do get a lot for the money. Extended merino leather is an expensive option on the other models that offer it. Individual trim is worth $1080 if you want it or zero if you're just as happy with standard trim. The headliner isn't just black, it's alcantara. I saw a photo the other day and it is much different from the normal black headliner.
Like you I prefer the look of the standard bumper, and the individual wheels look very good with this bumper. Here's a clip that shows the wheels on an individual touring: The clip also shows satin aluminum exterior trim which isn't available in the US without individual. I've been considering ordering individual on my car, but I don't expect it to help the car's resale value. Buyers who like this sort of thing usually want a new car. |

Seems like an expensive option. Would rather be able to select sport seats, sport wheel and sport steering wheel a la cart. Just not a fan of M sport at all.

honestly most people dont really care; as most people think that M sport looks better. your in the minority. and you can get comfort seats (sport seats) as a stand alone option. if the other stuff really still bother you, get the M sport package and swap out the body kit for a regular one with somebody else. i'm sure there are many people that would love to have the M-sport look and will trade you for their non-M-sport

But good idea. And I am not in the minority overall. the m sport isnt the majority of sales FYI... just a small portion. Perhaps on this forum, its the minority since people love sport packs! |

Update for my Individual 535i order.
Just heard from dealer. I do not know anymore than that. Bought car but left with no production number. I plan on picking it up in Greenville, SC.
