The lord giveth and the lord taketh away!

Recently, BMW removed Facebook integration from ConnectedDrive without any warning as well as the Panoramio widget from BMW Online. This is most likely due to a failure to agree satisfactory service agreements with the 3rd parties in question.

Well it turns out they have very recently added a new widget to replace the functionality of Panoramio. This one uses flickr instead and cycles through local photographs based on where your car is. Not terribly useful but it is kind of fun to have.

need to try this, checked and flickr is preset couldnt get the split working though

yep tried again, how did you get the split screen working ? work in the centre of newcastle so all i really get is pics of drunk girls

Normally, you press the option button and click the checkbox for 'show split screen'. I'm not sure but it could be that you only have the split screen with the wide-screen pro Nav?

yeah i have the pro nav, is yours CIC or NBT?

mine is 2010 reg so i have the CIC version

Yeah, mine has NBT (2014 model LCI)

You might find this useful - this explains how to enable it (if you even have the feature that is)

Is this only for LCI models with the touchpad gesture? I have tech package in my 2013 but when I access split screen options, I don't see Online Widgets.
