System reset??

Had my car valet parked last night and noticed when I drove away that all the presets seem to have been erased, eg favourite buttons, units of measurement etc. Have been changing these back to my preferred settings but notice the Nav screen has a different colour system. I tried to get it back to what I had, which was the so called classic colour scheme, but it has defaulted to a blueish background (during daytime). Any suggestions as to how I can restore this? For that matter, what did they do to cause the total erasing of preferences???

Just thought of something and answered my own question! Gave them the spare key fob as I had other keys on my normal key ring, and I left the engine running before they took it away....so when they started it using the spare none of the preferences were saved on it...now to figure out how to get my preferred profile on the spare!!!

I'm pretty sure that you can copy it on to a usb and then import it to the spare key
