We are getting closer to having a fix for the CEL. We are currently testing a mechanical fix this week. We are awaiting receipt of the OEM secondary sensor for further testing with an electrical fix. Since the car is so new, they are on backorder. Stay posted for updates!

I would assume so, but since RSI hasn't commented, I don't know... I would much rather have a Hi-Flo catted version, but they are pretty tight lipped about it at this point

Well E-test hassle is one reason...
The other is that unlike the N54, they haven't come up with a permanent solution for the CEL... The 1 and 3 series have autoclear from the Procede and JB4 N55, but the F10 and E70 series don't have that same setup from the JB3... Until they come up with a solution to clear that CEL (Other than using the Bavarian Technic Tool) using a piggy, then best bet is to come out with a hi-flo catted version that will pass both E-Test and not have a CEL in your face all the time... (i'll answer your PM later tonight or tomorrow)
