Wait, what? You have shorter end links? Did this come with your coil overs for your f10? I haven't been able to find any yet and if you got some for your f10 coil overs I'm sure they'd sell them to me... any info on your CO would be appreciated.

Yea, I run Silvers neomaxx coilovers and they came in the box. I did however specify I wanted coilovers capable of accommodating stock ride height, but I doubt that is why they included them. In theory my request just translated to "make the threaded portion of the coilover longer" lol. Silvers likely includes them as a "make life easier for customers" gesture.

I was not expecting shorter end links to be honest, because no one mentioned that they come with any. So overall a pleasant surprise. When I compared them, they were probably about ~0.5 inches shorter, but I can confirm later in the week and can take some measurements while I'm under the car.

Ballpark measurements:

Stock end link center to center is 29mm

The one I have is ~27mm center to center. I was under the car and so couldn't get the most accurate measurements in the world but that seemed to be roughly how long.

I am looking at getting a nice welder for my e30 n54 project, when I get that I'm planning on customizing these to get the correct angle offset since the are not a straight 90 top and bottom.

I'm also going to fab up the under carriage supports since I can build them way cheaper than what the place in Asia is selling them for.

Looking forward to some cool fab projects coming up.

Yea even the shorter ones they sent me are tweaked a fair bit.

What I meant about suspension complications due to coilovers was to do with alignment and premature wear on other suspension parts. Maybe that's just rumors but I still have those other stubborn objections to coilovers...
loving the sub bro!

ah, i must've misread. the H&R really tighten things up a bit. some have claimed it's perfect while other's said the ride seems to firm.

yes, if you go coilovers you won't have to worry about it

i've had my coilovers on for 5 years now and i haven't had any suspension or alignment issues. tires have been wearing evenly
What coil overs do you have n your F10 & how is the ride compared to stock?

i'm running KWV1's on my 535i. handles much better than stock as it lowers the center of gravity. also adding the upper strut bar tightened things up a bit as well

I've had Eibach sways and the ebay strut bar on for a bit now and am super happy with the improvements.

Biggest difference I've noticed so far with the sways is feeling a lot more planted at 100+ mph...less of that feeling that a bump will send the car floating at that speed.

For the strut bar, initial turn-in was the biggest improvement I noticed.

Started noticing some oversteer only after both were installed, not sure if it's more bc of one or the other. For ~$600 an diy installs I'm super happy with the results, it's making it a lot more fun to drive than I expected.
