Cutting Rear Diffuser on Lease?
Wanted to get your guys thoughts on having the non m-sport rear diffuser cut to fit quads on a lease... do you guys think it would be hard to fill them back up when returning?
or is it more feasible to buy an m-sport bumper + diffuser..? Thanks!! |

You want to install quads I'm assuming?
I think your should get the Msport rear and swap back to the non Msport when your lease is up and sell the Msport. There's really no way to fill in the bumper once you cut it at least that area of the bumper. |

if you don't have the msport bumper.. can't you just go buy the 550i diffuser for under $100 at the dealership ... =)

Why do you just buy an additional non m diffuser and cut it to make the quad exhaust fit and when your lease is up you can just replace the diffusers and you're good to go.

Talked to my dealer and if you buy the OEM M sport diffuser and install quads most won't care a lick upon lease turn in. Its OEM and the car runs....and looks stock/clean then many will not bother. Some may ask IF you have the OEM mufflers still and if so ask to either return it with the car or not but a majority (those I've dealt with) haven't really cared about things like that...if done correctly and using stock parts. my 2 cents.
