TSE / RTE Interaction / Test Drive...?
For those who have had a corporate representative visit your dealer to inspect your car or investigate a concern, were you allowed to interact or otherwise test drive your car with the “TSE” (Technical Support Engineer) or “RTE” (Regional Technical Expert)?
