Differences between M Sport rear and normal

I've been looking at an upgrade path for my newly acquired '11 535i; it had everything I wanted on it except for the wheels and body package.

I've been looking at the m sport aero kit on Tischer and I'm failing to see a difference between the rear on my car, and the rear on the m sport kit. Can anyone help me spot it out?

I want to add a carbon fiber rear diffuser on it shortly in the future; the only ones I see are for cars with the m sport package, so I want to make sure to get it if I need to.

Any help is sincerely appreciated.

What you are seeing is more or less it, the M Sport rear bumper has the removable diffuser. The standard does not. The front M Sport bumper isn't significantly different however.

The aftermarket rear bumper looks to fit very well and is somewhat cheaper than the OEM parts. The aftermarket front bumpers always seem to have some fitment issues though.

Not true at all. They sell carbon rear diffusers for non M sport cars as well.

I am selling one. A real Hammann diffuser for less then half the price new

I'm very interested in it; however I would have to upgrade the exhaust as well right? Unless it'll look empty, and it would have to be a non bmw exhuast with dual tips... but I'm very interested in it.
