New tyres on the F10
Ok the winter boots are about to come off and I need two new tyres on my 18 inch summer wheels. So question is do I stick with the run flats already on or do I go traditional tyres and have two of each until the fronts wear?
Any help or advice greatly relieved Thanks |

You stick with run flats unless changing all of them I'd say. Having half and half on a car isn't a good idea, plus your insurance would be impacted.

I'd seize the moment and go to non-runflats all round. Store the 2 runflats that have some life in them if you have the space for now.
The only thing I don't like about my new car is the runflats, even on 18s. Same as last time. Can't wait to get non-RFTs on: probably Dunlop SportMaxx RT, fantastic tyres, just wear a bit quick. |

Michelin super sport work wonders, cannot wait to put them back on end of month, but on the run flat verses the normal tyres, big difference, I decided to go with normal tyres after having a set of normal winter tyres on my car! I guess if you never experience the normal tyres on you live but the difference is very on!
