Acceptable amount of Throttle Closure

When running an ECU Remap on a BMW F10 N55 what is an acceptable amount of throttle closure?

Impossible question to answer.

The DME will constantly adjust throttle angle based on turbocharger output to ensure DME BT is held steady. If target is overshot by even a little bit the throttle will close an appropriate amount to bring it down to target.

On a log is throttle angle really throttle angle anyways? I thought on an N55 that the throttle is merely a backup for Valvetronic in case something goes wonky, with valvetronic being the primary measuring device of air into the combustion chamber... My second question would be with a wastegate, wouldn't it be primary for overboost control?

Yes correct.
But what would u say is acceptable?
(Smaller the number the more throttle closure)
60% throttle angle?
28% Throttle angle?
Throttle angle less 55% u will start to feel.

I usually just look at other people logs with same octane and boost levels and compare the throttle closures. The N55 seems to have a consistent throttle closure % routine in most logs i see.

Ok, i understand they're acceptable but i would love to have no throttle closures....I also see a lot of Overboost on N55 PWG cars therefore resulting in throttle closures. I guess when u start to feel the throttle closures is when they become a concern.
