Well, I finally pulled the trigger last week, and traded in my 2006 E60 530i for a "used" 2011 F10 535i M-Sport with Premium 1, Premium 2, and Convenience Packages. Someone put 1,200 miles on the odometer and then got a Dealer Trade Assist for it supposedly pulling to the right, which according to the Dealer was easily corrected with a software update. The car has the minimum that I wanted, and if I was having one built would have included a few other options, but I couldn't pass on the price as it was $10k more for the same exact car on the other side of the dealer's parking lot. Even though it was "used" for 1,200 miles, BMW will not CPO a current model year car, or one with less than 6k miles, so unfortunately I did not luck out and get an extra 2 years of warranty. Also, BMW Financial Services would only offer a used car finance rate on the car, so I had to go through Bank of America instead, which offered me current new car rates. The car is great, and it absolutely blows away my old E60 530i. Here are a few pics of her:

I paid $56,500.00, but I also traded in my 2006 530i with 60k miles, which they only wanted to give me $17k for, but I got them to go to $18,250.00.

Thanks! Vinnie called me Wednesday as I was at the hospital being admitted for Hip Replacement Surgery (Revision Surgery as my Prosthetic Hip was recalled my the manufacturer), and told me about the car. I left the Hospital Thursday, went to Momentum Friday, and took the car home that night, then came back Saturday morning and bought it.

No i haven't bought it yet, my garage says i have 2011 535i, i am still shopping and i am waiting for the new incentives next month, any ways did you shop around for new 2011 before buying your car, if yes could please share your experience as which dealership offered you aggressive pricing

No, sorry, but I wasn't actively shopping for one. I told Vinnie at Momentum BMW West that I would likely order a new one in March 2012, as I would unlikely be able to find a 2011 M-Sport on their used car lot before then. But he knew what I wanted, and when this one showed up, he called me right away, and I couldn't pass on it.

oh and do you know what percentage your tint is? i need to get mine done soon... since were hitting triple digits in houston now...

Thanks. The first owner had the car tinted, and what I have been able to tell is that it was tinted with FormulaOne Performance Film by Houston Tint:

It is either 30 or 35%, I think 35%, according to the owner Sunny, @ 832-435-4425, it was the maximum allowed by the state. Unfortunately, while he does excellent work, his records are not computerized, and he can't tell me what exact film was used on my car:



If I was having it done all over, I would definitely go with Ceramic Tint here in Houston.
