Note: do not attempt to do the rear by yourself.
The back seats have to come out, the rear panels and rear deck have to be removed, someone has to press with a large breaker bar on the lower control arm to remove the strut and to reinsert and someone has to push up on the strut when reassembling. Other then pretty straight forward.

Just installed after it settles I'll do a another. Definitely lower in the rear, right after install.

It's not settled yet and the back seems lower than the front. I called Eibach before installing and they confirmed the front and backs so let's see what happens in a few days.

The ride is way better than stock. I had non m sport springs and no dynamic handling package . Also I have the m5 sways and my body roll has dramatically reduced. I have the 650 sway in the rear and that was noticeable stock height, but not the m5 sway front. Now that it's lowered the m5 sway is handling business. Body roll is almost gone under semi hard cornering. Springs suck up bumps way better than stock, almost make the run flats tolerable.

There's still some unwanted rebound because I had one leaky strut in the front. That's going to be replaced with Koni or Blisten B8's soon. That should improve ride quality even further.

definitely will improve big time! for the price your gonna pay or paid with the Eibachs and now shocks shouldn't have been better bro to go with the KWV1's? i'm going with that hear come Springtime...$1349 and save on labor and do it myself with the help of my boys! i'll have to check and see because i remember googling prices awhile back on shocks for our cars. i think we both have the same car as i don't have EDC

The springs we're practically free, the install cost was 180.00 and two new shocks in the front are going to run from 3-500. All that money is not being spent at once. Also I don't need adjustable heights I'm good with a mild drop and so far it's satisfying. Need some more road time, but so far so good even with the blown shock.

So how is the ride now?
Has the car settled bit more since you have put new springs on?

On Friday I will change OEM springs with eibach pro kit.
Before I do it I measure gaps before and after to give you some idea...

The ride is much better I've reduced the float by 50 percent on stock shocks. Both front shocks were supposed to be brand new from dealer as of 6 months ago. When we put the springs on we discovered that the driver side was blown. Didn't have shocks at the time of install and still the ride quality improved. Not sure how to handle the dealership right now. In the meantime heading towards two new Koni shocks for the front. The car has settled and it looks great. The back is ever so slightly lower then I was expecting but still looks good. I'll post some new pics soon.

Great improvement in handling.

A pinky. Just enough for a 12-15mm spacer

Thanks for comments.

What also wonders me is the back seat...
Why have you removed it when you have the access to the shocks via rear speakers.
Taking out rear seat does not make the access easier as still you need to unscrew shocks via rear speakers.
Or am I mistaken....

You have to remove the rear seats which is actually easy, remove the two side panels held down by a screw behind the airbag emblem and then you can pop the speaker covers up and off, then unscrew the speakers. At that point your ready to go. This whole operation is a two man job. Don't go it alone.

Ok get it but I've removed the speaker covers and speakers without taking off these side panels.
If you take them off there is not much more space in my opinion.

With back seat however I agree - if it is out it is easier then to play with tools via these speaker holes

In my F10 it is a bit less work to do with rear seat as I have back seat opening system.
So the back seat just opens and makes the flat floor with the boot and then operating area is clean.

Anyhow thanks for info and pictures.
I will post mines later today when I get my car lowered.

So my ride is on eibach today.

I have measured the height before lowering and after.
Height from the ground to the highest point of the edge on the fender.
So front before lowering was 71,5 cm and 68,5 cm after.
Rear was 70,5 cm and after is 68,5 cm.

So 3 cm down for the front and 2 cm down for the rear.

Below some pictures.
Sorry for the quality but we have winter here in Poland and the weather is too shitty to keep the car clean longer than 5 minutes after leaving the car wash

Before the lowering.

After the lowering with summer 20" just to see how all fit together

Gaps
