Looks pretty good. So you decided on the 528, instead of the 535?

I have to disagree. Irvine BMW is by far the highest priced dealer I spoke to. On a 535 they wanted $835 a month PLUS tax. Everyone else quoted $720 including tax. I showed them two other quotes and they said its the best deal they can give. Waste of time

You should be getting the car below invoice. Got mine $8,000 under MSRP and $700 below invoice.

First lease 2013 528i

Hi all,
Newbie here and first time leaser. Was originally going to go with a 3-series, but with 3 kids going to stretch for a 528. With the model change upcoming - hoping to get a good deal here in SoCal. What do folks think of this deal from McKenna BMW? It's their advertised special:
2013 528i Sedan with Navigation
$329* a month plus tax
$2,995 Down
Includes Owner Loyalty Rebate of $1,000
Includes Turn-Key Rebate of $359
36 Month lease
10,000 miles per year
One at this Price, VIN DY32630
MSRP $51,745

Lease offer available to clients with a 740 plus FICO score on approved credit with BMW Financial Services. Lessee responsible for $2,995 down, first payment, acquisition fee, license, tax, documentation fee, and state fee's at signing. Lease offer good for 10,000 miles per year with 20 cents per mile overage. Selling price $45,580. See dealer for qualification details for Owner Loyalty, Turn-Key and/or Lease Cash Rebates.
http://www.mckennabmw.com/lease-a-2013-528i.htm

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

Good deal. They are selling it under invoice before the incentives mentioned ($1000 loyalty and $1500 build out credit).

However instead of $3k downpayment I'd do 7 MSD (security deposits, fully refundable) for about the same amount. It will reduce the Money Factor. Your payment will be higher though, but interest will be ~1% less.

I'd figure out the options, etc you want then determine what invoice is and work up from there. Visit bmwconfig.com for MY13 info. You never want to put money down on a lease... Throw $$ in MSD's instead for lower MF. base MF should be .00127. RV is set by BMWFS. Loyalty and pull ahead req you to be a current BMWFS lease customer. If you don't currently own a BMW, no loyalty. If you don't have a BMW lease currently, no pull ahead.

There is a $1500 build out credit on 5er's I believe. As well as a ultimate drive and USAA... visit www.bmwusa.com/ultimatedrive to find a dealer close to that is hosting the event.

I'd talk to Greg Poland @ Pacific BMW, Justin Wong (I think) @ New Century, or Jon Shafer @ Santa Barbara for a solid no hassle deal.

Oh, and learn all you can about leasing so you aren't taken to the cleaners
