Lease transfer 2013 550i

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds

Item Interest
I'm considering switching to a porsche cayman soon, so testing the waters and seeing if somebody is interested in assuming my lease. i'm not desperate to get out of it, so not willing to give an incentive. i got a great deal back in august, and here are the details:

13 550i alpine white/cinammon
M sport
executive
driver assitance
heated seats
sun shades
black kidney grills
wheel locks

MSRP: 74,063

my payment is $760 + tax for 15k/miles a year. this is an amazing price for a car with that MSRP and 15k/miles. i'm located in the tampa bay area. the only thing i've done to the car is get it coded to add a few functions to the HUD and be able to close the trunk via the remote

EDIT: Forgot to add that in order to get such a low payment i put down the multiple security deposits which amount to $5950. that amount will need to be paid to me and will be fully refunded to you at the end of the lease.

EDIT #2: Also forgot to add that the current mileage is ~2,800. the lease ends in august of 2016

unless your tell me his MF and residual value then what you're saying means nothing. my out of pocket was only ~$500 dealer fee. thats it. the $5950 is a refundable security deposit to further lower the MF. i also have 15K miles/yr. go to any dealership today and lease a 550i with a MSRP of $74K and 15k/miles and you will be close to $1K.

This seems like a pretty good deal to me. I have a 2013 550i x-drive with a 72k MSRP. My company paid taxes up front (I believe $2,600) 12k/year lease and the payment is $779/month and that is when BMW had a lease incentive.

If I was buying another 550i and had the money in savings anyway I would buy this. You have no chance in hell to find a almost new 550i with only 2,800 miles for $760/month with no money down and 15k/year.

GLWS!!

Very good deal.

the other guys friend must work for BMW, BMW employees get special pricing and MF's. You would be amazed what my friend got his 550i for, and what his coworker got his m5 for.

It's amazing how BMW takes care of their employees.

I was thinking of being a shuttle driver for 90 days part time so I can get a m5 with a 535i payment

for real. my brother works for bmw and has an amazing deal on a gran coupe. he considered giving me the lease, but once we called BMWFS those employee leases are non-transferable

bump! final offer is to allow you to keep a $1,500 ($1k incentive and $500 transfer fee) of the $5,5950 security deposit. so you pay me $4,450 now and then get back $5,950 at the end of the lease. that makes your effective payment $710 + tax. that is my final offer. otherwise i'll continue to drive it for another 2.5 yrs, so please dont counter offer. the car currently has 7900 miles, exactly on track for 15k/yr
