I totally agree. Andreas from ACS USA is trying very much to address the situation. Their service is beyond what expected.

I just really hope that the 6mm longer and 0.25mm thicker spring will compress less to provide the necessary 15mm lift.
Also hoping it will feel a little stiffer too.

Any theories about these two points?

It def will be higher in the front and also prob a bit stiffer; if they send you front part number ending in 310 than your car will sit like others on forum with acs on non xdrives.

So I received the new front springs from ACS early this week. It came directly from Germany and it's the part number that is used on 535i RWD.

Went to have them installed today to the same shop.
Doring the install I discovered that they actually did mix up the springs during the previous install so that the front-right and rear-left springs were mixed. That certainly explained the front-right of the car sagging an extra 0.5".

They went ahead, installed the 2 new stiffer front springs, swapped out the incorrect rear spring. The car looked a lot better, so I went to a spirited ride and then for a wheel alignment.
Happy to report that the car feels and handles like a BMW again.
The ride is lot stiffer than stock, there is no body roll while cornering in sport or sport+ mode.
Comfort mode also feels stiffer than stock, going over speed bumps does not make the car swing up and down anymore.
There was no rubbing whatsoever in any mode.

So for anyone considering springs for an F10 535i xdrive, I highly recommend ACS, but get the set for RWD: rear springs are the same and front are stiffer.

I'd like to say special thank you to Andreas from ACS USA, who bent over backwards to make sure I get the proper springs ASAP. Outstanding service!

I think they should just use the 310 front spring for both rwd and xdrive.
Well I suppose some may like the raked look.

Hi Gents,
Thinking on purchasing stock 343s from M5 on my 14 M-Sport 535 x drive ( not lowered).

All PSS tires
295 rear/ 265 front with the OEM ET. Any rubbing? Will it poke out or flush? I figured it will be kind of aggressive. I’ll need to put 255 up front for xdrive

If I go down to 285, I’ll need 245 upfront for the xdrive. I’d hate to stretch 245 tire over a 9” rim.

Any recommendations?

Thank you!

To be honest I didn't expect this much drop upfront with ACS. Not sure if I like it.
Did you install the ACS shocks as well? They're shorter in the body -- have more compression leeway.

When I dropped my 535 an inch on H&R Street Sport springs, I didn't change the OEM shocks which appeared to be in perfect condition. Ridge and pothole impacts were simply outrageous -- seemed to be hitting the stops on even minor ridges, I think because the OEM shocks were bottoming out.

At the time the shop had messed up the install. They installed some of the springs in the wrong corner of the car.
Also ACS sent me a different set of springs which were a better fit and the result was perfect. This thread has the part numbers somewhere.

I've had ACS springs on my 535xi for 3.5 years, and neither front nor rear has sagged. I'm still on my original shocks too, and no issues so far.

Thanks for the confirmation cdmulders. Good to see your shocks are holding up well after 3.5 years.

Cdmulders...I installed the non xdrive fronts (310 part #) only since I read it didn't lower as much. I'm torn about installing the rears (also 310 part #) as it currently only sits slightly too high. I think it turned out ok.
