F10 DVD in motion issue

Hello everyone. Can't seem to get this working on my 2014 Bmer. Changed the handbrake setting to "not active" & both speed locks min/max werte values to FF. Applied changes and I still get the cant play unless stationary message. The only thing I noticed was right above the new werte values of FF is the word "UNKNOWN". Is there anything I'm missing here?

HU NBT, 3000, VIDEO_SPEEDLOCK_CONDITION, change to none.
