WTB: Vorsteiner or Vorsteiner-Style Lip (non-Carbon Fiber version?)
I'm looking for a gently-used Vorsteiner or Vorsteiner Style front lip for the F10; I have a project that I could use this on. I would prefer a non-CF version (CF is fine too), not too beaten up. Major scuffs underneath are fine, minor scuffs at the top are OK. Minor cracks may be OK too, but it depends on where they're at. Please PM me with pictures of what you have and what you're asking for it. I would prefer this come from someone in southern CA so that I can inspect it in person as well as avoid shipping costs. Here's your chance to clear out your garage of a damaged lip and get some $$ for it! Thank you folks! Last edited by zugellos; 02-09-2015 at 02:34 PM.. |

Does anyone know of a better way to get the attention of people with Vorsteiner-Style lips?
At this rate, I may not even be able to get my project off the ground. Please help. |

I've searched ebay extensively, but am a little uneasy with purchasing something from Poland/China/Taiwan.
Aside from that, the prices are rather all over the place. I've seen ones for $90 on up to $300. I'm only in need of a fiberglass or ABS version, but want one that actually fits well. Do you know of any particular ebay seller that has a decently fitting V-Style lip? Thanks. |

That's exactly what I'd like to do...getting from a forum member.

The project I'm looking to do is designing and fabricating additional elements to that basic lip (for my personal use - of course). That's why I don't want something NEW, but rather used and cheap. |

I bought a frp lip from 4amotors on ebay. Haven't installed it yet but its good fitment when holding it against the car. Some areas are very thin though and its showing signs of cracks when flexing it (in red). This area shouldn't flex much once its on the car though.
