What kind of discounts are available on the F11? My dealer is making noises that discounts will be minimal because the F11 is a brand new model.

I see discounts of £2000+ available from online brokers: http://www.buyanewcaronline.co.uk/

I got 6.1%. However autoebid are now offering around 9% on the f11 520d. Not checked the other models.

Thanks. That's in line with what some online brokers are offering. I'd rather buy direct from a dealer, of course.

Got 5% as a start.
To close the deal i put on the table, an extra 2.5%, and they accepted.

Therefore, 7.5%, which i think is acceptable.

I got approx 10% discount on the price. But it´s not as a private person. My company will lease the car. I will get my 523i F11 in one or two weeks!

I got just under 5% off, approx £2000 off with all the options. This was from a regular BMW dealership.

Gosh - I hope I only have to wait 4 weeks (it'll be here next week!)

Was this a predetermined spec or could you choose the options and colour you wanted? I am guessing it was preordered given the 4 week delivery.

We were quoted 8-12 weeks so expecting delivery on 24th November and yes I picked exactly the options we wanted. A very long list helped getting discount up from 9% to 12%!
