MRR HR6 20' wheels came in finally
What do you guys think?!
Thank you to the gents that helped with the tire and wheel fittments on this forum, appreciate it! Also regarding TPMS, I just made sure i swapped every sensor to the exact side it was originally on and no tire pressure errors. I know some may think its time to lower but for now since I'm worried about warranty issues I'm thinking its time for a new rear spoiler and a new front lip..o and some BMW center caps for sure. |

According to others on here this setup shouldn't mess with the xDrive... the shop I went to was reluctant to put a staggard set up on until I convinced them other wise and showed them how the diameter variance was actually better than my current 8.5 x 19 / 9.5 x 19 setup at the time. Go with the ACS Springs than! You definitely got to lower her!

if the dealership puts them in it's covered from what another forum member posted. i would check with the dealer just to be sure. you won't regret lowering her and the ACS will be a mild drop too!

Yes! You also have the options for coilovers from CKS

Here's what I understand about the warranty and mods. If you change springs, the shocks are no longer covered by warranty. Simply because the shock isn't sitting where the stock springs would have them potentially allowing for quicker wear and a blow out. If you put in a full Coilover system then obviously the springs and shocks are not covered. Any other suspension components that ware out will have to be determined whether the suspension mods prematurely worn them out or not.

I guess its really dependent of the dealership and how they handle the mods. Also it may have to do with whether or not the dealership installs them or not. For me, i'm a diy guy and would never pay a shop to put springs on my car. Or the KW v2's I just bought.

i don't have DHP brother! from what i've read yes, if you install coilovers you lose the DHP function.
