Before, especially because it was an xDrive, the front gap was quite large and noticeable. We'll see what happens once the car settles down a bit.

looks great....it took mine about 500 miles to properly settle, but the net result was an additional .2" lower specially in the back than right after spring install

I wasn't actually expecting it to be that much, but it's all good.

Thanks, and good to know that the rear might settle some more.

A better picture showing the drop. The front is not quite that low, but the ground is a bit uneven there. Cheers.

While I'm at it, here's a picture of my wife's car. It is a 2010 E89, completely stock. She likes it that way. I just polished it and applied Wolfgang's Uber Ceramic Coating yesterday.

BLUF (Bottom line up front): ACS springs and the dynamic suspension work very well together.

I have the dynamic handling package with both the dynamic damping (shocks) and the active role stabilization (sway bars). My 535xi handled quite well without the ACS springs and cornering was relatively flat for this heavy car. I'm not trying to compare it to a 3 series or something else lighter, mind you, but it was not bad. You could still feel the weight with the mild but predictable understeer.

Now, with the ACS springs, handling is more responsive, and the car is even more composed on tight corners. I would not say that the ACS springs transformed the ride, but they certainly improved the handling. On a mildly negative side, the ride is a little harsher, as expected. While the ACS springs do transmit more of what both the roads and wheels are doing to the rest of the car (which I suppose is the entire point of sport suspension), I can now feel more bumps and and I can also feel some mild wheel damage that I experienced on some hideous potholes a few months ago.

My car is pre-LCI, and the ACS springs dropped the rear by about 1.2 inches / 30mm, and front by about 1.5 inches / 38mm. I recently had my mechanic check that the right parts were installed in the right places, as the drop was more than I had expected. He confirmed it to be per the ACS parts list on their web site for a 535xi.

Any tire rubbing issues with those size tires? I want to put those size tires on my F10.

My rears rub, but only because forgestar f&@kd me(long story) and sold me the wrong offset(+32's). You wont have any rubbing issues if the wheels you plan on using have the correct offsets. I would not reccomended 20x11's on the rear unless you can get them in a +46 offset. When I replace the rear wheels Im getting a 20x10.5 +40 on the rear and using same fronts. The 295 will fit a 10"-10.5" better than an 11", I have some tire stretch on the rear that doesn't match my fronts. My original tire combo was 275's upfront and 305's on the rear, and they were "square" as in no tire stretch, but the 305's rubbed bad so I put 295's 2 days later. I hope all that makes some sense to you, I'm here if you need more info.
