Can you replace the front set of tires on a staggered setup?
So i have a f10 550ix with 20inch 750il rims and the standard 245/40 fr. And 275/35 rear. P zeros all around. I lost the front passenger side due to a sinkhole or pothole cant tell the difference. I want to replace it with a new one, but ive been getting all this different feed back. Can i replace the one? Or do i need to replace both front? Or even worse all 4. Then im gonna switch to non rft.

Depending on how worn the other side of the front is, you may be able to replace just 1.
But what I usually do is replace both fronts and keep the remaining single good tire from the other front wheel in the garage as a spare. |

I've replaced one on my 535i xDrive bc the other side was close enough in tread depth to new that I got away with it, bought the same exact tire and no issues
