rolling diameters for xdrive

my 535i xdrive came with 245/45/18 square

my current set up is 245/35/20x9.5 285/30/20x11

would it be bad to go to a 255 and 295? for an xdrive?
need beefier tires idk how I feel about the stretch look

Both setups are ideal for xDrive!

The diameter is identical for 245/35 and 285/30 as well as for 255/35 and 295/30.
