Right hand menu under Speedo

Is it possible to change how this menu works?

For example if I'm on the DAB i can use the wheel on the steering wheel to scroll through the stations and then press to select.

When using spotify however, the menu only shows the current track and next, previous buttons. Is it possible to configure this to also show a list I can scroll through?

And following that, can it be configured to do anything else or is it only media related?

You can also hit the telephone button on the steering wheel and use it to scroll through last dialled numbers
