Jb4 gas milage issues?

I have a 2013 535 xdrive m sport. Put in the jb4 f series with a er catless downpipe and bms intake. Aside from unusually strong gas smell (can't tell if it's just the catless dp or gas problem) my milage BLOWS. Lost about 90 miles per tank (according to dash). Usually reads high 4 something when I fill up. After mods around 380 miles to tank. I get on it from time to time but mostly highway driving. I've had the tune about a month. I know I'd get somewhat of a fuel smell from the dp but my car smells like a lawnmower every time I get out. It's strong.
Anyone have issues like this? Anyone have any ideas?
I bought the jb4 cable to try and switch maps from 5 to 2. Haven't done this yet though.

You may have a gas leak from a bad (leaky) injector or a fuel line is leaking. I would have it checked out or check it yourself if you can. If that mofo catches on fire it's going to burn to the ground. I would carry a fire extinguisher until you figure it out................just sayin.

I'll have those checked. I don't see any drips or anything. Car only has 27000 miles. I hope that's not it, but anything is possible.
That seems like a hell of a lot of gas milage to loose over a leak and not see any marks or fluids.

Catless downpipes will always give a gas smell. That's why some people opt for catted downpipes.

Nah I know that bud. This is unusually strong. Talked to the people at evolution and even they agree that it shouldn't be as strong as it is. Equivalent to a lawnmower running outside my window. Smells like pure gas and strong. If I have no leaks and I switch maps and smells the same then maybe it is just the dp, but it smells slightly stronger than my boys e90 with catless dp.
This has got me scratching my head. To boot I don't know anyone else here with a catless dp on a 5 to compare it to.
