there are some right angled plastic tabs to hold the wood to the base which are broken. I would think some adhesive or double-sided tape would hold these fine. Especially since they are fairly small.

I have a pristine set of this dark wood out one of my cars too. Replaced right away and I was hoping yours would sell for a decent price so I could base my price off of yours.
