Exclamation BBS SR on 550, will it fit?!

Hello everyone!
happy new year!!!!!!!

but to the important business. I'm picking up my 550 Msport in a couple weeks and was wondering if anyone has tried a wheel setup that is
19x8.5, 32 offset. reason I'm curious is i want to get the BBS SR for my car but it says they won't fit. let me know if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks!

Well, the OEM 19's are 19x8.5 ET33 in the front, so the BBS are 1mm more aggressive so in that regard they'll fit. It could be the spokes doesn't clear the calipers though.

But the 18" BBS SR fits the new M3/M4 so I'll think it's weird if the 19" doesn't fit the 550i.

hmmm interesting because on tirerack it says that the 17's and 18's will fit on the car but not the 19's, this is all very odd

No way the 17" will fit on the 550.

A better question is why would you want to put a wheel that skinny on your car? The stock wheels are too small and the 275 out back doesn't get traction ever! The 550 has too much power for skinny ass tires and your traction control will come on all the time, it's so annoying. I have had 305' and 295's and it's waaayyyy better, I would get 20x9 front and 20x10.5 or 11 rear with 255/35 and 295/30 20's. Just my opinion.
