Closing feature is only on recent cars. Not my 2012.

This is true. The only time the kick action does not work is when there are other people in the parking lot. Then I look like a fool
I have a 100% success rate on first attempt. The key is that it is a kick motion not a foot wave, and you need to kick in the right area.
It's success rate is inversely proportional to the amount of stuff in your hands aggregated with the number of potential people in the general vicinity watching you.

Thus, if you're in your garage with nothing in your hands, it works every time.

Hi! I got my 2016 F10, with comfort acces, and my foot swing open is working. What do i need to make it close with foot or with button? I have only lock button on trunk, i don't have closing like i did on my F31....

If it opens with your foot, it should close with your foot too. Use more or or less the same action as you did while opening it.

In order for it to close from the button in the drivers footwell or with the button, you need to get the car coded. I thought it was gimmicky and would never use it, but there's been countless times where closing from the button on the key has been an absolute life saver. Would highly recommend doing the same.

You’re outside of the US market, so you might not have a power trunk like all F10s sold in US.
If your trunk lid opening is spring loaded then you can unlock it with a key (and foot if you have comfort access), and the spring tension will swing the lid open. But there is no way to close it other than by hand. Automatic closing requires motorized trunk lid.

Not all F10s sold in the US have power trunklid. I have personally seen many US and Canadian F10s without it. Its part of package.
