No, not all F10s have active steering. It is an added feature. Mine has active steering and I had wheel alignment and tire rotation done (L-R) as recommended by my SA and the cost was around $200.

I get my alignments (4 wheel) done at a Goodyear place for $79.95. The last BMW dealer I went to couldn't get the rear in spec because of how low I had the car, so the rears chewed out the inside of the tire. It was my choice to be that low, so I chalked it up to having to "pay-to-play". When I put a new set of tires on the car I took it to the Goodyear place and they had no problems getting it in spec. They said there was a bit more adjustment in the suspension but the dealer probably wasn't able to exceed BMWs set limits of adjustment (their words, not mine). I'm no longer having any issues on the rear, so for $80.00 it was a good deal for me. $600, $350 or even $200.00 seems excessive to me since I no longer use the dealer for alignments. I'm on KWV3 coilovers, non X-Drive, so can't comment on IAS or the other optional suspensions out there. Sean |

My alignment from an independent shop was like $115, $125 maybe? And it was pretty jacked up.
