I heard a lot of people in other online communities bad mouthing these but I have always been intrigued. Has anyone tried them on the F10? How is the ride and handling compared to KW? I would assume at that price you can only adjust damping right?

All this talk about H&R's not being good i'm wondering if I acted too hastily in getting them installed. They seem fine to me but I have nothing to compare them to...hmmmm. What kind of time (hours) would be typical for a coil over installation?
