Another Wheel/offset question

i have a stock 2012 528i without sport package

wheel spec im looking to buy are:
front 20x8.5 offset 35mm
rear 20x9.5 offset 37mm
Hub Size : 72.56mm

1. will these sit flush with the fender and not tucked in?
2. whats the best/max tire size for these?
3. will i be able to put xxx/35/xx on the rear with out rubbing?

thank you, i called around and talked to a few places but the answers are always abit different and they dont seem confident.

I'd say 245/35/20 and 285/30/20 are more than wide enough for 8.5" and 9.5" wide wheels.

You will need spacers to be flush with those offsets.

You will need a 15 mm spacer up front to be flush

Rear seems ok. Might have a bit room but depending on the tire you run, I'd wait because it's close enough.

Go 245/35/20 & 285/30/20

Yup ran this exact setup lowered with H&R's and with 245/35 - 285/30 and it was fine. Even ran a 10mm spacer up front.

What if the car isn't going to be lowered? Will it be fine?
