Here are couple of links for y'all to hear. I'm ver satisfied with the mod except getting used to some drone.

Only other mods I have are JB4 tune, intake and BMS 15MM rear spacers.

One issue i feel though is like many others low end torque is significantly less but once it goes to higher rpm car pulls fine.

One thing I'm gonna try is to switch jb4 to map 1 n then back to map 5 and trying auto tuning again with 3rd n 4th wots.

Also checked with service advisor delete doesn't void warranty. Only time there could be an issue is if o2 sensor or MAF sensor have an issue and they will see if delete caused it or not.

Sounds nice, I have been on the fence about doing it since I got my 2013 535i M. How much total was shop fees, how hard was it to keep the tips aligned after taking out the mufflers and how is the sound around town? That sucks about losing low end torque, but I am sure in first gear your still on verge of using the traction control right?

I paid $200 45 mins job total and no issues aligning it.

In comfort mode I feel less torque but as I said im gonna try retuning map 5 n see if it makes a difference. I'm steady at 17psi right now but occasionally go over 18psi as well.

Do you get a lots of backfire? I did the same mod with DP and it sounds freaking sweet. I would love to get ride of the drone tho.

I can hear it inside but not too loud. Drone is their as expected on highway speeds but wasn't that bad could keep a normal conversation fine.

I came really close to doing a muffler delete awhile back but at that time people we're posting crazy drone issues and losing some bottom end so I ended up not doing it. Are those DC SPORT tips? I use to rock those 4-1 headers on my Integra.

Yes those are DC Sports tips stealth series.

On open tips I lost some overall torque but after changes tips high rpms car is much more quicker and low end not as bad as oem tips. I think it's due to the design of DC sports tips on the inside.

GTATX, I'm close to pulling the trigger on a muffler delete mod.
However...I'm curious to know what the "drone" sounds like.

Is there any chance you could post a sound bite of what you consider the drone from your car's interior?

Also...were your inlet diameter 2.5 inch?

Sure I'll try today but honestly it's not bad at all. Initially I was scared as well specially with family u know but my wife kids no one noticed it much until I told him about it. I mean it is there but mild enough where u get used to it quick.

I went with stock size pipe can't remember I think it was 3 inch. Thx

ive actually noticed reduction in low end torque with my super sprint system.

and its not just me - even my wife commented after driving the car that it didn't seem 'as fast off the mark.'

With the Sprint exhaust you noticed that? Shouldn't be right?

strange isn't it?

I think it maybe because of the vacuum flap being removed on the nearside muffler - reducing the back pressure - I'm not sure - but the only thing I can think off

I agree low rpms car feels slower or little more laggy than before as I stated earlier but high rpms it makes up for it. Hopefully there can be a cheap fix where we could enjoy the sound, keep the high end boost but somehow get the low end torque back as well.

Muffler delete gotta be one of the best mod.

With downpipe you will hear a LOT of backfire which is both aggressive and mean

for me Not too crazy with having backfire ...maybe in my younger days but for me a deep exhaust note! With the DP do you notice the lag at lower RPM's?
