M5 Style Front Bumper & Lip
Hey guys, prepared for the hate from the M5 guys.
I want to do a M5 Conversion, and I am wanting to get OEM Bumper and Fenders but to be honest I don't really want to be "that" guy.. I am considering just doing a M5 Style front bumper but I am wanting to get a front lip too. Has anyone done this conversion, and found a front lip that fits? I know that the "Real" M5 Lips do not fit the style bumper because its not as wide I see tons of people selling the M5 style bumper so I am assuming all of the style ones fit the same Thanks for the help

from what i've seen and posted the M5 style bumpers do not have any aftermarket lips that will fit unless it's OEM. and as far as "Being that guy" you will " Be that guy" regardless. to me i don't care...it's your car and you should be able to do what you want with it. Good luck!

I've been wanting to "be that guy" too, the only problem is that I haven't really been able to justify spending around a grand on the new bumper. Noticing a few stone chips on the lip of mine, so may be a good justification!
Not to mention that i think the standard bumper feels way too flimsy on the car.. Are the M5 conversion kits made of a well built material? She's only a 520D, no where as big as what you get in the States, but shes still the Queen on the Motorway! |

yeah, but most of them already sold or part out their car....think i'm still a few of them left. I'm thinking about part out my car and sell the car. I want a real m5 now since they're more affordable.
