Active Hybrids? HELP
My report im doing for uni requires 'primary data' so my question to you guys is
would you purchase an active hybrid series 5? and why/why not thanks in advance your responses may be used as data for my report |

no as its expensive and I don't see any real advantage. If you are fussy about fuel economy then buy a diesel , the 520d seems to be getting amazing fuel economies. If you want more power then are other models to choose from.
It seems this is a tick in a box for BMW to say they offer one. Thats my perosnal opinion. I would never consider one. I dont' see hybrid or electric cars as the future anyway - I belive its hydrogen but thats another discussion. |

Absolutely not. It's more expensive than the standard 535i yet not much faster nor much more economical. U also loose quite a bit of boot space.
The nail in the coffin is this is the only hybrid in the market where I live which is not eligible for eco tax deduction. |
